I have bought 4 req packs gold and none opened up. Nothing was added to my collection and i restarted the box to try again same result. I purchase. Req pck shows up with the whole loading process … Then it cuts back to the menu with no opening pack. And it was still taken from my account. All i ask for is the content i purchased. So i need 4 gold packs. Im willing to even buy one again and record it n post it to show everyone.

Heres the fifth one i have bought but no content for me. I need refunded or 5 gold packs.
Everything is fine now it says open 5 packs on my list. So i guess i have to open thems all now instead of when i purchased them.
