Purchased REQ packs and never received them

Hi,

Tonight I purchased a REQ bundle x7 (plus 2) from Halo 5 and did not receive any of my reqs. The transaction notified me that it was approved and therefore successful, however no packs appeared following the transaction. The noise it makes when opening packs was present after the purchase, but nothing showed up. I tried restarting my Xbox, playing another game, looking in my collection and saw nothing new and no signs of any packs, as it says I have no unopened packs. I understand this has been happening to several players already and I understand you guys are busy, but please look into this as I’m hoping to either receive the packs I paid for or get a refund of the money I spent.

Hey OP - Users yesterday reported similar issues, but all the posts I checked up on later seemed to have eventually gotten theirs - either by restarting or just waiting a short time. Give it a little time and maybe do a restart later on and see if they eventually show up. Can also check here on Waypoint to see if you have them
