Purchased Req Packs and did not receive packs

I purchased 7 Gold Req Packs + 2 Free on Christmas and the Req packs weren’t deposited into my account. I’ve spoken with MS Support over the weekend and they told me to make a forum topic on the publishers site. I’ve already power cycled my console, cleared my cache and redownloaded my gamertag.
