I’m trying to get a 343 representative behind Halo Wars 2 to assist with a purchase made today as of the 15 of August 2018. I’ve purchase a Blitz pack but hasn’t shown up after a processing screen prompting to ‘please wait’. I’m hoping somebody could quickly review and solve this for me from the technical team or those that are actively working behind the game.
The platform I’m using is on Windows 10 PC. Specs shouldn’t be an issue.

If somebody would kindly get back to me on this. I’d be most grateful. Will also provide additional info for proof (i.e. receipt) upon getting hold of a representative.

Sorry to hear that. These purchases usually come with a small downloadable item that shows up under the DLC for the game. You could check to see if it’s listed as a downloadable in the Windows Store Library. Also, you can check your Blitz packs through the Halo Wars 2 Service Record here on Waypoint. Maybe it will appear there.

On the Windows Store Library, it only shows as completed for the item but no downloadable icon. For the Service Record, I wasn’t able to see anything for the blitz pack either

Okay. Just to be sure, it didn’t show up under this page? If not, then I’m not sure how much else I can do to help you on my end. I would suggest trying to contact Unyshek, Ske7ch, GrimBrother One, or Postums on Twitter or through DMs here. One of them may be able to help you with this issue.

Apparently it doesn’t just happen to Blitz packs on PC. Same goes with the DLCs. Says you own them and to “download” them but there isn’t such an option in the store after you apparently try and download the whole pack. It’s rather mind blowing to see this issue not fixed to the other many before me. I wish I had seen the individual reviews before making the purchase that I did.
i bought the game and all the DLC for PC, but for example i can’t use the DLC with the white skin and the camo skin, because AFTER THE PAYMENT, magically appeared the warning: “not available on your device” …

Yep. Got something like that later. I’m just hoping this one time purchase on PC will also accommodate towards the xbox version as well though so I could at least get to play them that way. But rather still disappointed. Sorry to hear you struggling about this too. But I’ll inform you of any assistance I’m gonna get since I have the MS Customer services hopefully attending to one matter and try to get ahold of some developers here obviously.
