Purchased Gold Packs not showing up

I redeemed a code in the Xbox Store 16 hours ago for 15 Gold REQ packs +5 free ($44.99). Nothing has shown up for me to open. Just a message stating “You have no unopened packs”. The last time I purchased a REQ pack bundle they appeared instantly and I opened them one at a time. Feeling a bit nervous at this point…

Have you tried hard resetting your console or checking your unopened packs here on Waypoint? https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/unopened-packs

I would also check your purchase history to make sure that the code was applied to your account ok

Xbox Support confirmed the code was in fact redeemed successfully and that I must notify this forum if I am to receive my REQ packs. Here is what Christian at Xbox said

“Alright Lucas, I can confirm that the code has been applied to your account. Since you have not received the in-game consumables yet, you will need to start a new topic on the Official Halo 5 forums so you can have the REQ packs applied to your account. This is the only way you’ll be able to received your consumables since you haven’t received them yet. You can reach the forums here.”

I’ve already tried hard resetting.

Assistance please?

UPDATE:

Xbox support escalated my ticket to the Xbox Advocacy team. That team reached out to me within 3 days. They apologized for the error, credited my Microsoft account and then some. They said they could clearly see that my code was redeemed successfully however there was in fact a lack of REQS appearing on my account. I bought the 15X REQ bundle for $44.99. They credited my account $64.99 for the trouble. I am still not going to repurchase the REQ packs with all the issues that are happening on Halo’s servers right now. Overall I had excellent service from Microsoft on this matter. It was not the most timely of process though.

Im having the same issue I purchased a 3 pack of gold req packs that never appeared yet I have been charged for them. I bought a req pack the day before and it worked fine. Please help
