Purchased Blitz Packs, but never received them.

I made 3 seperate purchases but never received any of them. I need this resolved ASAP please, thank you.

Do you see the purchase confirmed on your xbox account under purchase history? (and if the money is taken out of your bank account).

Yes, the money was taken out of my checking account, and it is on my microsoft account. I spoke to microsoft and they said its a server issue that only the game developers could resolve.

Issues like this are usually resolved with a hard reset of your console. If the pack doesn’t show up it might already have been added to your inventory

I’ve restarted the game and computer numerous times, as well as checked my inventory. I’ve never received them.
