Purchased Blitz Packs but had a problem

Hello,

i purchased a blitzpack and it double charged me but didnt actually give me any packs. i tried again today and it chaged me again but still recieved no packs. i have been charged 3 times but had no packs. please refund the first two purchases and credit me the packs for the 3rd.
