I just bought the Warzone add-on for announcers; the 10Mb add-on is installed, the Microsoft Store only offers me the option to buy it as a gift, and no REQ pack for the voices shows up in H5:G - but only the default voice shows up in my collection.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the voice pack twice. Restarting the game has no effect. Is this no longer supported, and can I get a refund if voices have been deprecated in-game?
Try a hard reset of the Xbox. Hold down the power button till the Xbox shuts off and then pull the power cord out the back of the Xbox for a few seconds for good measure then restart the game. It should show up as a pack to open, if I am remembering correctly, then it should be in your customization area.
Hi Lethal - just tried that, to no avail. I’m now trying a complete uninstall and reinstall of the disc + the 55Gb update, then reinstalling the add-ons.
