Well yea I payed earned the points spent them and didn’t get anything when I first purchased the packs it would do the ringing of processing the purchase and it did it a lot longer than normal then I got a red screen prompting me to go to open packs and nothing really want my five gold packs I contacted xbox live and they told me to come here 50.000 req points takes a while to earn please I need my points back or I want my gold packs I can’t imagine I’m the only one who this has happened to but do wish for it to be put back thanks.
I’m thinking of recording it so I can show you it acts as if you were opening it and then it just doesn’t give you anything then when you go back it says no unopened packs I think also if you see how many helmets and armor to opened packs you can see I’m missing some and since it does the prossess it would show as all opened and I’ve noticed it happens when it takes longer to retrieve data times
It hasn’t happened again but will I get a reply here or not?
