Xbox Live is having network issues right now. Try in 24 hours. If you still don’t have REQ packs then contact Xbox.xom/support mate.
I talked to them earlier, but they told me to post on here. I’ll give it the 24 hours tho. Tha ks for the reply
req packs are OP, wait for 343 to nerf
Normally don’t buy them. Bought the Warzone and Arena Packs, but got a gift card so figured why not.

This happened to me a few weeks ago. Bought the 3 pack and didn’t give it to me right away. May have been server issues or something but I wait a few hours, played some Warzone and eventually they showed up in my “open packs” section
try resetting your xbox.
