Purchasable 'drop rate' weights on reqs

What if you could buy “weights” on certain reqs of your choosing, so when you open a gold pack, you’re more likely to get that req?
How it would work is you pay like $3 or $5 or something like that, and then you could select 3 or 4 reqs that you would ‘weight’ to get those more often.
You wouldn’t exactly be guaranteed whatever you weight in a gold pack, but you’d have a higher chance.
I was thinking about this because, for the people that have everything (I don’t yet) maybe someone wants more scorpions, but can never get them and always gets a ghost or something. This would help you get those scorpions.
And maybe to prevent people trying to get overpowered reqs like nornfang, you wouldn’t be able to weight legendary reqs.
Do you think this would be overpowered? I wouldn’t say this is a final idea, but still kinda brainstorming on how it would work.
What do you all think?

Make it so you can buy one weight for 20k req points, and don’t allow anyone to buy it with money, so rather than a p2w feature, it’s for the people who have unlocked everything and want certain reqs.

Edit: and maybe a max of 3 req certifications selected at a time.

yea i never get what i want and instead have hundreds of things i dont use. i legit have over 400 sniper variants because when i hit 6 i want to use a banshee not a sniper

Yeah the whole $ or req point idea I wasn’t really sure on. I know that no one wants to pay real money, so that’s why at the end I said it wasn’t really a final idea. And 3 req selected at a time seems good.
