Punish game quitters in Ranked

Kinda Sick of playing 3v4 all the time because everyone wants to play slayer 24/7
Please can we rematch with new members or at least have a Bot to give the lesser team a fair fight.

Leaving in normal M.P fine But can you @343 add something like a -XP for game abandoners in Ranked, Please?

I think the best thing is to have bots fill in that spot (and to try to get the bots to be as close to the strengh of the one that quitted). Punishment of quitters simply doesn’t work, that has MCC already proven. People who are not enjoying the match will quit anyway, punishment or not. The far majority of players (who are likely to quit) are playing for the fun, not for XP. Besides that: there is already a bansystem and that even doesn’t stop them. Those players rather not play for the rest of the day then finish those matches that they played in. XP will hurt them less then a ban, so they will not be convinced by that. You might just convince a tiny percentage of those, but they will then just go AFK ingame and ruin the game even more (by giving away free kills).
You just can’t make people play if they don’t wont to unfortunately.

Not to mention how I have crashed many times in this release so far, so you can’t really tell the reasoning for quitting until they iron that out.

ive had no issues like this but like the bot idea. :100:

you might find people are leaving because the latency is unplayable,.

games far from unplayable in fact one of the most stable releases ive played in a LONG time… Props to 343 from me.
But SuperGhost has best answer/solution to my lil moan

it’s good playable, however: the ping has a way to big influance, way way more then on MCC. I have noticed that myself. I am a European player, but it is clearly noticable when i play on EU-servers and when on US-servers. That difference is way bigger then on MCC.

yes is is playable but 200MS is not.

Along with 200 ping and game crashes they need region lock would sort alot of that out
