Preferably at high speeds, in rapid succession, through a device known as a “Firearm”. Or “Gun” for the laymen. The preferred strategy is of course to apply explosives to them, but since those may not be on hand using Bullets makes an effective substitute.
Ineffective strategies include; running away, crying about it, whining on forums about how vehicles are OP or just lying down and accepting your fate.
Recent science indicates that with the exception of the large Apex Vehicle - the Scorpion - the smaller vehicles do not like being “shot” (colloquial term for applying bullets to them) especially by multiple people and will usually flee or be outright destroyed if they do not retreat and try a different strategy giving you time to find explosives to more definitely deal with the threat.

But… my bullets don’t seem to do much shooty shoot damage to the vehicular skeleton. Is there some way I can board the vehicle in Batman-style - perhaps using some form of shooty-esque device that latches oneself onto said vehicle and allows one to board and eject the person driving said vehicle?

Imo the community has completely discounted vehicle weak spots, and generally don’t seem to care about them.
I find shooting hogs in the tires, (ghosts in the wings, wasps in the rotors, etc) is actually very effective. Even when you’re using your lowly AR

It’s actually quite shocking to me how few people actually shoot at vehicles. No vehicle is immune to any damage type. It is all cumulative.
