You can say whatever you want and even criticize them. Just don’t say anything without thinking about it first, or you risk saying something stupid. I have been annoyed at how often forums get banned, but there are rules for a reason, and you just have to find ways to say what you wanna say while following them. This does of course have the effect of a possibly lower amount of people on the website, but it should also have the effect of more civil and important forums for feedback and such.
If I/we criticize the NBA rules and officiating am I/we going to be fined by them? No, because we’re not NBA employees.

It certainly needed to be fleshed out with context…but much like the fake news important information is withheld in order to get the response they are looking for.

Even if you were a YouTuber you would still be fine. They have no control of criticism of their product So long as your not under contract with them.
Unless you work for a YouTube channel that’s headed by someone who than decides to find you.
That guy was fined by his own team as well. He has since quit that team
But the rest of us are free to state what we want
