I’m sure the pack will be back again at some point here and there but for now at least, there’s only one week left to get Recon (and either other classic helmets).
Thanks for the heads up. I’m at 75K REQ points, but my internet keeps cutting iff. Hopefully it will be stable enough for me to get the other 75K
Thanks for telling us, I’m at 90k and I can’t play very much for the next few days but luckily it seems I have plenty of time to get it.

Create demand/exclusivity. If there are a billion chances to get something rare, it wouldn’t be rare.

I can see the logic behind that. People will be more enticed to buy it with real money if they knew it wouldn’t be there for a while. If it was there for a while, many would probably just save up RP. I still wish they wouldn’t do that though.
If you need some dough in a short amount of time, sell some of your REQs like I did. You may have to make some hard choices, but it could be worth it in the end.

Hey thanks so much for letting us know! Now I can parse my time out to save up for more packs. I hope to have time to buy two more. Can never have too many Legendary Arena boosts!

I don’t plan on getting them now, but hey, I got the timmy helmet. So that’s something at least.

I disagree. This is plenty of time in my opinion. First we were told about these helmets way back in December, then given an actual start date and how much, thereby having a better idea of how we need to work out the RP cost. Now we have a specific date of when it will end.
This, is by far, the best release of a specialty pack to date. I only wish I had more time to play to earn the points to buy many, many packs.
This just comes off as a cash grab for classic helmets that 343 didn’t even make. I guess it’s par for the course.

To get people to purchase it. They will release these at a later date, and I believe will add them to the req pool.
