What is this new armor set? And why can’t I unlock it?

I used silvers and golds to unlock the new reqs. I noticed a new helmet and armor for Protector Stalwart.

Also, an Apollo emblem??

All I can tell is that its a Protector variant. Ultra rare.

It hasn’t been released yet, after an update some people have seen it in the menus. Presumably it will come in one of the later updates.

yes but i allready have 100% armory

Apollo emblem rings a bell as being associated with the legendary loot crate. Probably being released as a bonus for those who buy it, the armour as well most likely.
