For over the past 6 months the Protector DRFT Helmet as had a visor spawning on it. The Protector DRFT is not spouse to have a visor. The visor that has been spawning on it has been taking the shape of any visor for any other helmet. Can you please fix the Protector DRFT Helmet so it stops spawning a visor. It’s one of the hardest helmets to get in the game and its depressing that it’s bugged.

If you please could provide us with some information, it would assist in our investigation.

  • Is the helmet displaying incorrectly when you’re customizing your Spartan Armor?
  • Is the helmet displaying incorrectly when you’re in a Halo 4 match?
  • Have you tried changing your helmet to something else and then back to Protector DRFT? If yes, what happens?
  • Which visors appear at random? Is it a select few, or a wide range?
  • Does this always happen to this helmet?
