I just purchased the Prophets’ Bane Mythic REQ Pack though microtransaction, however it has not shown up, I have contacted microsoft, did all their instructions which unfortunately failed and was directed here, help please!
I have the same problem here. I purchased one Prophets’ Bane Mythic REQ Pack and I have not received it in-game yet.
While I can’t help you, I can say that you are not alone. I too bought the Prophets Bane pack through halo 5, but when the transaction finished nothing happened. The pack wasn’t in my “unopened packs” tab on halo 5 nor on halo waypoint.

I did try that around 20 minutes ago, however has just shown up now after I checked after your comment haha, it’s great that it showed up.
Must be a delay with the servers that caused it not to show up. Good to hear everyone is getting it though.
I tried to purchase the REQ pack with 100,000 points (I have over 1 million) and it comes up with a red “Purchase Error” screen.
It takes alot of time to mfg PB swords. Be patient, the packs or swords will show.
