343 didn’t moderate your post, the forum moderators did (who are not 343 employees, just volunteers) because you broke two of the forum rules, necroposting for your first post, then spam for your second.
343 have absolutely no legal obligation to provide a DLC only playlist. All the DLC maps are integrated into all existing playlists, the only reason they don’t show is the low number of DLc owners who actually still play Reach. If just a single person in the lobby has no DLC, then it wont show. Its that simple.
Besides why fully support the last game, when they have the current game and the next game to focus their attention on?

Moderators carry out the forum rules, which are set by 343. By moderating my post, they basically show how 343 would respond to my actions.
The “necroposting” I did was to show that the 16 page thread people carried out for over a year was ignored. It shows that 343 paid no attention to the owners of dlc for reach and hardly any attention for dlc owners for halo 4, since they put a temporary dlc playlist.
I admit to bumping, but almost everyone bumps in threads.
Also, are you a lawyer? Because last time I checked, once someone pays money for products, they expect to be able to have access to that product for as long as they want. In the case of dlc, I don’t think anyone would buy the maps if they knew they could only play them for a limited time. Most people I know, including myself, bought them with the impression that they would always have access to them.
So as consumers, we have the right to complain as much as we want, since no one wants to see money go down the drain, which is essentially what 343 did to dlc owners.
Also there are plenty of people in Reach who have dlc. I know because I compare achievements with players in the matchmaking lobby, and see that they have some dlc achievements. It’s just the two or three players who are a low rank that don’t have the dlc and ruin everyone’s chance of playing them.
Reach still has an active community, more than Halo 3 according to the latest LIVE activity charts on majornelson.com. By your logic, they should cut the servers for Reach and 3 since servers require attention and maintenance every now and then.

Nope. Actually he is 100% right. You do have constant access any time you want to the DLC you paid for. And its for this reason alone that Microsoft have legally done nothing wrong, as you can still use the product you purchased.
Nowhere in the XBL Terms of Service (which you agreed to when you joined Xbox Live) or in the description of the map packs/War Games map pass does it state you are guaranteed to play on the DLC maps in online multiplayer matchmaking. Not once. But custom games do allow this, so even if you managed to take Microsoft to court over this, you wouldn’t have a leg to stand on.
So I fully stand behind my original point.
