Just wanted to know if there will be any other way to get them then going on ebay (such as the LIVE store) kinda think its crap that everyone and their brother had different promotionals… me personally I like to obtain all the armors and skins and anything unlockable just for completion sake
I’d like to see this happen as well. Want to get the C.I.O Web skin and the FOTUS armor, just hoping that someone at 343 is watching these forums. I am willing to pay 400 MSP for a pack of these skins.

If I remember correctly, I believe they said that there was a possibility for the pre-order armor to becoming available somehow (marketplace(?)), but that would be in the not-so-near future. But FOTUS and Recruit PRIME will stay exclusive.
I agree. Even though I already have the Locus helmet, they should put it into the Live store just because they didn’t do too well on advertising on the Android/IPhone game.
