I have 3 promotional req packs, 2 advance and 1 basic. I have redeemed the codes, its says they’re installed when I view the contents in the manage game screen, but when I open halo 5, they don’t apper in the “My Packs”. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling them, but the 3 packs still don’t appear in “My Packs”. Please help me resolve this issue asap. To contact me, send me an email or message me via xbox.

Usually support is dealt with here on the forum. Try waiting 24 hours. Just to be on the safe side do they appear in the installed section of the manage game tab?

Waypoint is a public forum, in that pretty much anyone with an email can log on and view posts. Therefore, it is very dangerous to post personal information like email, phone numbers, etc., because anyone can record that info and use it for nefarious purposes. In the future, be careful about what information you post. Good luck!
