Am I the only one getting LITERALLY nothing but mongooses and needlers? Please tell me other people are experiencing the same thing. I’m SR17 and that’s ALL I’ve gotten. Idk if you can hit a max on burn cards, but if you can, I’ve easily passed that for those god forsaken mongooses. I don’t expect to get something incredible EVERY time I rank up, but there should definitely be a chance, which I’m doubting there is right now. At least give us something for breaking certain milestones.
EDIT: So it seems like the best option for people pre SR40 is to just sell what you get and trade it all in with hopes of unlocking more certifications. Once you hit certain ranks, the overall quality of the packs will increase.
I’m 44 and i’m getting named weapons in my promo packs now along with snipers, rockets and tanks. Much better than it was before. At rank 40 you get a special rank 40 odst pack. So it might be after there is starts being better
Level 17 here mongeese and needlers as well. Luckily i pulled the certification for the surpressor and scattershot so I get a few those each time as well.
once you hit SR 40 I believe the level up packs become silver req packs instead of the normal bronze packs. I’m SR 35 and I’ve only gotten bronze so far but I saw a video on youtube where the youtuber had gotten a silver SR 40 reward pack.

It’s just the certs, and the certs are random, nothin to do with being a high level. I’ve had Ultra Ghosts since SR20 or so, and get them frequently.
Edit: I think there are special milestone packs, SR40 is a silver pack apparently but I don’t think following promo packs are all silver.
