Hey guys I just wanted to know if the promo req packs are US exclusive?
Because Halo 4’s double xp weren’t available over here in Germany and I’ve looked trough several stores and couldn’t find a Halo 5 monster energy pack either, I don’t know about the last light one, but I read that not every paperback comes with one.
Could someone just clear things up for me?

I’m not 100% sure, but I think it’s global, you aren’t out much as Last Light only comes with a basic pack anyways. 
I bought 3 copies, 2 for friends, and was disappointed.

Faith in gamers restored.
So far, from what I have seen (in Australia) is that the only items that provide REQ packs are the H5 figures and the promotional ones given with H5 itself.
On a side note, Halo: Last Light was found unexpectedly in a book store but this one didn’t have the REQ pack bonus (unfortunately for me), so check if you see it.
Edit: While the packs are obtainable everywhere, they do seem to be more US biased in distribution through deals done with food/drink brands.

I thought you could only stockpile 3 years of Xbox live on your account? I’m honestly curious, this isn’t an insult or a call out, I have a 4th year code sitting on my table, and want to know if it’ll cancel out. It was just something I read somewhere

I had a family account and each one had a ton of time on it, i don’t know if you remember it not but all the accounts in the family account merged into the primary account. Not really sure on what the current limitations are, but my gold doesn’t expire until November 2026.

I just checked current limitations and you are correct, limited to 36 months (3 years) I had 4 accounts in my family account each with (I guess) 3 years, that’s 12 years, then when they did away with the $99.99 a year for 4 account family pack, all gold migrated to the “Parent” account, giving me a total of 13 years of gold.

Code worked fine (: If I have a nice little gift, you will be the one who gets it (I get some amazon gift cards from a friend of mine who does promotions for them sometimes) I’ll message you when I have one
I’d also like to remind everyone to watch a video on Halo Channel from either your box, iOS, or Android device to receive a free promo req pack, that contains an exclusive emblem. Watch BEFORE 10.27
There won’t be any on screen notifications that you’ve received said req pack, but it will be waiting for you on release day.
And no worries | Noble Four |, it’s the least I can do, I had an extra one and it sucks that they aren’t available everywhere, so just here to help out, see you on the battlefield.

I bought a ton of Redbull before I knew TTK was going to be $40, and just passed those codes out on twitter. No need to be greedy. I had already redeemed 1 “Last Light” code, no need for 2.

I live in South Africa and got a req pack with my Last Light book order=)
Will only show up on iOS I believe, but there us go! Some wine to go with it. Odd combination, but it’s there haha
