Good day ladies and gentlemen, I am looking to gather a list of all the promises we were given by 343i regarding halo 4 including post launch.
Hopefully, by halo 5 we can have a factual look back on how much was actually accomplished giving many a good idea of what kind of franchise people will be buying into.
I encourage discussion however I also recommend that if you post a promise, then please also add whether it was fulfilled and be prepared to back up your statement in some way.
I’ll start with these.

Skill based visible ranks : unfulfilled (tbd)

promises? meh most of the stuff promised has been delivered I think 343 has done an amazing job in their first baby and it is still going through growing pains, everyone wants more but it requires either a pay to play program or more money for the game which alienates 90% of players. be happy with the game

We are only asking for stuff that 343 advertised as part of the game at launch. They were not, and 343 have still failed to bring them to the game. It doesnt matter if “most of the stuff” has been added. They said it would have

None of these are complete. The product is not as advertised, we have every right to complain.
I would suggest looking over old Halo 4 interviews that 343 members were in then posting any promises made as well as what time in the video it was made.
I believe they said from the announcement of the skill system that it would not be visible in-game. I can’t seem to recall a time prior that they even mentioned skill ranks, much less saying they would be visible or available at launch.
CSR IS coming, and they announced it as coming post-launch.
Feel free to provide quotes otherwise though, I could be entirely mistaken.
