If you seriously think you can coordinate a store boycott that will move the needle even a little bit, you are delusional.
It’s harder to start a boycott if not everyone agrees on an issue. For me, I haven’t participated that much in most of the forum discussions mainly due to the fact that I do enjoy the game and most of the issues that do exist are usually so minior that they doesn’t have a major impact on my enjoyment of the game itself.
Historically, boycotts with games have a horrible track record, the “gamers” usually end up breaking.
That dude lives in a fantasy world, because he seems to actually believe that there’s a possibility he can convince a couple thousand people (some of them established whales) to stop buying stuff in the store.
Just saying, it’s way too late, the shop is set in stone and things are about to get worse. Mainly because of all the brainless players these days that will buy anything to try to look “cool”.
What’s sad is, most of the items in the shop are poor quality work. Have you seen how stupid the flames look on the gear in this game? I mean, who approved this work because they majorly need to know what quality work is. Not even Bungie screwed up this bad.
You must have missed the clear point to Microsoft, the Publisher, not 343 Industries, the Developer. 343i has already been paid their salary for the game, they do not see profits from our purchases. That’s not how the game industry works.
