I’ve noticed recently that a lot of people are complaining about Promethean vision, so here’s my idea of how to fix it.
First off, it’s difficult to notice when someone uses Promethean vision, so there needs to be something more than just the radar animation to show when someone’s using it. My idea is this, Promethean Vision should remove the shields of the each players that it shows to the user. This would allow the players to know when they’ve been seen by Promethean vision.
Promethean vision should also allow the user to shoot through walls for half damage, as it’s annoying when you can see someone crouching on the other side of a wall and can’t kill them.
Finally (this might seem a bit overpowered) Promethean vision should make the user immune to damage while it’s being used, because it’s very annoying trying to kill someone with it engaged, and I get killed a lot when using it.
The overshield might be a little bit too far, but the other 2 ideas to me would be very good and should be implemented into matchmaking, or maybe saved for ranked and MLG playlists in the future.

There shouldn’t be any changes what so ever. Promethean vision allows you to see your enemy and what kind of weapon he has, even while cloaked. Why can we see players in cloak with promethean vision? Heat signature. It’s good as it is.
I think that when you use the jetpack the exhaust should be able to kill any players withing 10 meters. Just to let the user have a chance to get away.
I also think that the BR should have an underslung Plasma Pistol so it can counter the AR in close quarters.
