At this moment in time, there is no official word if we use the blades the Promethean Knights use.
We already have an Energy Sword. Having the Promethean Sword on top of that would just be redundant.
But having a wrist-mounted blade would be a lot cooler.
you say it would be redundant… but every other weap is just a copy of some other…
ie: ar - covie plasma repeater…
rockets/fuel rod…
why not covie sword/pro melee weap…
just makes the sandbox that one bit bigger…

What about an Energy Sword and Promethean Sword that could clash?
I have no sources so this could have been a dream th other night but I read somewhere that a promethean sword existed. The one the knights use or the lancers whatever they are called. It will be something similar to that. Either way a promethean melee weapon would be b.a. Plus an energy sword promethean sword clash!! ORANGE AND BLUE!!
