Looks more like a stronger Promethean Knight than an actual Forerunner.
It’s an old concept of a promethean knight, not a forerunner.
I think it looks better than the current variation. Looks less cartoony.

I see what is supposed to be the horns. Look directly above the eyes, it looks like a donut torn in half.
