They have the same movement and look(sort of) like the eridians from Borderlands. Anyone think they were based off them?

Are you the same guy that posted a comment on youtube about how promethean weapons look like Eridian weapons? If so, I want to slap you twice.
Who would say that I only think they move and look(only a little) like them. But do slap that guy twice.
yes they look much the same from eridians but i think its just coincidence
Halo 4 has been in development since late 2009. Chances are 343 had a pretty good idea what they wanted prometheans to look like. And for the most part they’re an evolution of the forerunner design seen in Halo Legends (which correct me if I’m wrong but came out back in 2008-09). Whereas BL1 came out in late 2009. So I think it’s coincidental.
Not saying or arguing that they don’t look alike, I actually lol’d when I first played borderlands just a few months ago when I came up against Guardians for the first time I was like “Oh -Yoink-! My Halos have followed me into Borderlands!”
But one thing to keep in mind is that Prometheans are completely non-organic whereas Gaurdians are a organic species native to Pandora.
But related to BL…the voice of Handsome Jack is the same guy who played Cell in DBZ
