Quando entro no Halo Reach aparecem as seguintes mensagens simultâneamente:
1º - Informação: Este console Xbox 360 foi proibido temporariamente de ganhar créditos.
2º - Informação: Esta conta foi proibida temporariamente de ganhar créditos.
Eu queria saber porque isto está acontecendo, fico banido por uma semana ou +, quando acaba só dura 2 dias e volta o proibimento. Enfim, alguém pode me ajudar por favor ?

Good afternoon. Your temporary cR ban was issued due to having many matchmaking games played in a short duration with having 0 kills in them, the last seven games of yours, all Grifball had 0 kills. The automated banhammer treats matchmaking games with 0 kills as DNF/Did Not Finish / AFC/AFKing (Away from controller/Idling) and if you either hit a threshold with your total amount of games being DNF , or have multiple games in a short duration (like with your case) having DNFs, the automated banhammer will issue either a temporary cR ban or a temporary matchmaking ban due to it thinking you were idling or in more severe cases boosting. Looking further into it, all of your recent matchmaking Grifball games have 0 kills for your player, 15 games within the last 24 hours.
Secondly, you can input future ban inquiries here (Click meh!), and lastly Halo Waypoint is not equipped with an English translator, so to prevent breaking the Halo Waypoint forum rules in the future, posting in English would be recommended (Or having your text translated in a translator and then copy and pasting it here).
