Progress get lost!

Lately I have experimenting problems with my Halo Wars 2, for XBOX. When I start the game and open it, it appears that all the progress of DLC, both Awakening the Nightmare and Operation Spearbreaket is lost. The Phoenix and Unity info get lost of these two DLC packs. Also in my service record the most use leader disappears. The. I have to play all again to unlock all the info I got lost and the save campaign matches get lost too.

I have Halo Wars 2 in physical, I don’t know if is relevant this info.

Hope you can help me.

I have the same problem. But even when I play all the days it get lost!

After hard resetting my Xbox, I was able to retrieve all of the mission progress and my rank etc. But I still had to scroll through all of the Pheonix logs, as well as no save game data.
I didn’t have to uninstall or anything.

Haha mate don’t even try I’ve almost been banned trying to get help in the support forums for this issue. I don’t think a fix is coming any time soon, if at all.

I’ve been experimenting with this bug for a while I think I have the Solutions. The bug is can be fixed in multiple ways. Unfortunately I don’t want to walk people through on how I fixed my data problem because 343i will give me a permanent ban so if you need help contact me on Xbox live. Give me the history, when you noticed and what you tried and I will help with the best of my abilities.

So where do we go to get our money back on a useless game?

Isn’t useless. The matchmaking progress and records don’t get lost but yes the savegames of the campaign. If you ask me I have enjoyed Halo Wars 2 more than another one (maybe because I love RTS games as Age Of Empires). The campaign is awesome and challenging, the characters are by far better than the Halo 5 history the multiplayer or single player are tons of fun.

I even dare to say I prefer the Red Team than Blue Team. The Red team has more character and personality than the Blue team.

A magnificent game with a horrible bug.
