Hello,
I’ve been having an issue lately where Halo 5: Forge starts up perfectly fine, but once I enter the main menu it doesn’t load my profile information. Then when I try to go into Forge, it says that there is a profile sync error or that the Halo 5: Forge lobby servers could not be reached. I’ve tried re-installing the Halo app, logging in and out of the halo app, and messing with settings on my xbox profile, but nothing seems to work.
The funny part is that when I access my gamer card from within Halo 5: Forge, it pulls up my profile and all of the correct account information with no problems.
Does anyone have this same problem, or know of a solution to fix it?
