Just got halo 5 an it just keeps saying profile sync error? Wont let me online, iv looked online for a solution and cant find one just i know people have had the same problem, anybody know how to resolve it?
Currently having this problem, I’m not sure how to solve it but keep me posted if you find the solution!
Remove your account from the xbox do a hard restart put your account back on the xbox
MOST IMPORTANT STEP
When you go to the multiplayer screen be careful not to hit the A button too fast the box is sitting on the cancel button… it will say syncing your account with the halo servers make sure it completes this step if you accidentally hit thew cancel button you have to repeat everything above
