My game keeps telling me “Profile Symc Error” and to “Check your connection”. The thing is, my connection is fine. I’ve restarted my WiFi, my Xbox, and my game but the problem still persists. Are the servers down?
I had the same problem - played about 5 games - rank went up and down based on win/loss. Armor, player colors and weapon skins all set back to defaults. Might be Xbox One X related?
Waypoint was experiencing a bit of trouble about an hour ago, so server trouble could be behind all this. Given that Waypoint is once again running correctly, I’d say go back into your game and see if it’s ok. Hard resetting your console wouldn’t hurt, either.
