I stopped playing halo 5 for abit then installed it again and it said profile sync error and has reset all my stats. I cant play any sort of online game. I have recently renewed my xbox live and feel like it dorsnt recognise my new membership as it says xbox live gold trail at the bottom. Ive tried everything. Power shutdown, reset, reset mac adress, go offline. Unistalled snd re installed 3 times. But my friend signed on on my account on his xbox and it had my spartan and old level and stats someone please help asap
