Tried going onto multiplayer and it said Profile Sync error, it doesn’t let me access my items or play online itself.
Hi, yeah my brothers got the same issue on his, just wandering if you have found the fix.
Nope tried resetting the Xbox several times and deleted my profile of the Xbox, neither worked and I’m just waiting for a fix
Yeah we’ve tried everything we can think of. I did find another forum with this same message, but there’s came back on within the hour. Annoying but hey
It won’t let me do multiplayer either it keeps saying i don’t have xbox live when I clearly do
Commenting on behalf of a friend who having this issue too,any fix yet? He just got seriously fobbed off by Xbox support…
I’m having the same issue, but I also have the New xbox one dashboard experience, I think this may be part of the problem. Haven’t found a solution yet.

Hey guys, if you haven’t sorted this yet, check your ISPs watershed settings and switch it off. It restricts mature content between 5am and 9pm and is affecting Halo 5 for some reason.
