Hi I’m having the same problem, It wont sync and after I retry syncing a few times and joint a game I cant access any stats, data, or recs in the game. I have talked to xbox support and they say the issue is on your end 343 industries. thanks

I have the same problem, even after the hard reset. Plus, before the ghosts of Meridian update I was ranked on swat playlist and now that I try to play arena the game doesn’t show my rank, like I’ve never played. If I play a match of any arena playlist it doesn’t count for getting ranked. Please, fix this.

I’m the same… Possibly get two games then can’t access reqs during games or return to lobby between matches. Also noticed that sound between games is missing. Please help I’m losing the will to live…

same here and it feels like no one is doing something about it. Music gone, no ranking.

Same here. So after i play 1 Game i can see my Rank in the endgame stats but any other time it says 0/10 placements

PS: music sometimes disappears at the matchstart as well

Same for me -lost my profile and no REQs. Why is it every Halo game these days has issues?

I have had this same problem for two weeks, 343 I have made multiple separate posts. Can you please look into this for me. I have been a dedicated halo fan for 10+years, I’m getting pretty annoyed that I can’t play one of the best halos yet.
