Profile Sync Error

About a month ago I opened halo 5 to see “ATTENTION Error authorising user with Halo 5: Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes” I have looked upon many of the complaints about this topic and decided that my time on Halo 5 was finish. Yet to my surprise three days ago I opened Halo 5 and it synced my profile, therefore I played Halo 5 for the past 3 days with little to no issue. This morning I woke up to open Halo 5 and to see once again that there is this “sync error”. I’ve tried everything from: Restarting my Xbox, Re installing Halo 5 to deleting data on console and nothing seems to resolve the issue. If someone can help me here that would be much appreciated, any advice or suggestions would be great.

Remove your profile from your Xbox One, then, download it again from the cloud. I usually do this every 2 months. I hope this helps you :slight_smile:

Thank you very much this would help a lot would you mind listing how to do this as I am not very efficient with technology :+1:t2:.
