Whenever i load up the game i get a “Profile Sync Error” notification, I’m then unable to load my profile and stuck as a level 1 and unable to access any of my online features and customisation options. I was wondering what is the fix for this? i have already Hard Reset multiple times, Reset Halo and tried using a different account entirely.
Sign out, reset your modem and your console, after that check your network, I recommend you to change your DNS.
