Profile sync error

I went on halo 5 after a while and the game did a profile sync and then said it failed and gave me the default icon. I can’t check my read anymore I’ve hard reset, factory reset, left the power cable off for an hour and I’ve deleted my account but it still doesn’t work, please help

There seems to be some issues with either Halo server or Xbox Live right now - Waypoint has been acting up all day and I have been having difficulty loading any messages on Xbox Live too

Yeah, whenever I try to click my profile or someone else’s on Waypoint it says there is a problem detected.

There’s a small comfort in knowing I’m not alone let’s hope they fix this

No sorry I’ve been off the halo games for a while and decided to come back on and try halo wars 2 and halo 5 again after I reinstalled them, both don’t work while halo wars 2 constantly connects and disconnects from the servers and halo 5 (as explained) has the profile sync error, surprisingly tmcc works. I really want to play these games please help

Hello to everyone

I’ve been struggling to play halo 5 for over a year and couldn’t get on to multiplayer with the error. I browsed around and got something to get into playing halo 5 multiplayer after a year. got to your internet settings and allow halowaypoint.com on your internet access and when I did that I got onto halo5 multiplayer and played the last 2 hours and very happy about it.
