I’m posting on the behalf of a friend because for some reason he cannot access these forums… anyway he got halo 5 a couple of days ago and after installing, found he couldn’t play multiplayer, getting some error about a profile sync error (Link to image below), he’s tried reinstalling, hard resetting and all that but the issue still persists, anyone got a solution for this?
