Today, I constantly get g '‘rofile sync error’ notification on h5. Can’t play any games either. The playlists don’t show, only a loading sign and ‘retrieving data’. Anyone who has the same problem and/or knows how to fix it?
Hard reset your console. Press and hold the button on the front of the console until it shuts completely off. That usually resolves the issue.
EDIT:
There may be something larger going on at the moment. Give it some time and it’ll get fixed.
Getting the same issue as you today
Servers are playing up OP, both H5 and MCC are frozen…
Same cleared cache and removed profile and re added it. Halo 5 guardian still can’t sync. Glad u guys are working on this issue

Thanks, but didn’t work. Indeed, something bigger is going on. Apparently lots of people have this problem and mcc isn’t working very well too.

Yeah, it’s something larger. It may be a bit before they can resolve it. Just give it some time.

Try clearing your console’s alternate MAC address through advanced network settings or restarting your internet router.
