Is anyone else having troubles accessing their Customization options. Rank, REQ Points and collection are all good but you can’t fix your Spartan to how you want?

Yeah,I just played MCC but mines working now as well.
I’m currently experiencing this problem right but I think it’ll back to normal in the 1st of 2017
Hello guys I had same problems with syncing and found out what was causing it . I had left myself logged into waypoint and only ever hit the back button . The minute I logged out and restarted my xbox all my syncing went away and I got all my times and data from completing the game , no more error message now since I logged out of way point , hope this helps u guys
Issue seems to have been with Xbox Live services being down for a short time, looks to be back to normal now. Feel free to start a new topic in support if issues persist
