During a game I got kicked out, and got an error message that said “profile sync error” and that it had failed to sync my game data. I was wondering if anyone knows what could cause this. Also, if you get kicked out of a game due to an error message, can you get banned from it, or does it count against you? I have been kicked out of a game one or two times before due to an error and have been wondering this.
Don’t know what causes it but it has been fairly common and annoying the last couple of weeks. If the game registered as dnf in your game history it could cause a ban for multiple occurrences.

Ok thanks. I just checked and it did count as a dnf. I don’t get why if you get an error message it counts against you. Since the game gave me an error it should be able to tell I didn’t quit. Oh well. I guess it isn’t the biggest of deals.
I hard reset my xbox and for me it works
