Every time I start the game I just get an error message saying it can’t sync my profile data?
Anyone having the same issue and any ways to fix?

I got it last night 2 times. no fix I know of. may want to report this on support forums

All my Req-items are missing, including the items I got for my pre-order of the game as well as rewards from the Halo Community Feedback Program.
Not to mention the items I received for ordering the limited collectors edition.
I can no longer access multiplayer or any other online services. So far as I can tell my multiplayer progress has been reset. I cant actually tell because I cannot access multiplayer.
The same problem occurs when I try to watch the Fall of Reach (Which was unlocked with my purchase of Halo 5) on Halo Waypoint.

Edit: This problem now seems to be fixed, whatever was going on.
Just had the same problem! I found out if you head to campaign go into a mission then quit out your profile will load, well it did for me hope this helps! 
I just had this problem, so I posted here. I went I to my profile on this website to customize my spartan, did nothing, quit Halo and logged back on and I’m loaded in. Very strange.
