The last couple of days I have had an issue with logging onto Halo 5. For some reason, the game cannot retrieve my profile information. It defaults my account, and will not allow me to play online. My solution to this issue is to delete Halo 5, and reinstall it, but I would like a more permanent and less time consuming solution. 343, fix it!

Exit out of the game and restart it. If that doesn’t work, try a hard reset. No need to uninstall.
The uninstall is my last resort after trying all the normal troubleshooting. Including resetting all of my hardware.

Sometimes, I have to quit out of the game twice, to get the sync error to go away.

I do this automatically now. Load, exit, load exit, load see if the REQ store works, then play.
I haven’t played all week cause I just don’t need the headache.

WTF !!!
Quite halo 5, then go to setting on your Xbox, clear the cache in storage then start the game again. Hope this helps
