Three days ago I got on and my lvl was not longer 78, it was now back to 1 and all my armor is black Recruit armor. I also couldn’t use any of my load outs. But when I look at my Spartan Hub it shows all the correct information (lvl 78, green armor, flaming ninja spartan tag). At first I figured that my server had gone down and it would fix itself after a few hours. Well it’s been three days and I called Microsoft to see if they had any ideas. The person I spoke to said that I might have been banned for doing something Halo didn’t like. But she couldn’t tell me for sure. I seriously doubt that’s what happened. I haven’t gotten any messages or feel I have done anything worthy of punishment. The whole reason I bought an Xbox was to play this game. Is there any way to find out what has happened to my profile?
I have the same issue, thought it was maybe system cache, but clearing it didnt help. I signed into my other account and everything was fine. This leads me to assume it is account related. Quitting too much, maybe?
your probably stuck in back up hoppers. Cant do anything about just deal with it until you are put back in the normal rotation. I was in it for like two days back in the first few weeks of release

I like the game and what they did with it but still, I never had issues like this with any of the other games in the franchise. Its not really a good look for them. Which sucks because I really wanted to see the Halo series take off again in a good way.
I don’t ever quit matches, I do drop from time to time because of my router. But I’ve been told that shouldn’t cause a ban.
