how do i get halo 5 forge pc to recognize xbox live account login?
so it was working fine yesterday. i was workin on a map in alpine. all good.
then i bought the mcc collection on steam today. super sweet im stoked to do some forging on it
then i updated the primary email address alias for my gamertag because the old email was fathers email and asked to stop getting my xbox live emails. ok fine
so i finally did that for him so now my gamertag i log in using my email. i log in to my gamertag using my email. i removed his email from the account. oh well
fire up halo 5 forge pc because i want to work on the map i was doing before i bought mcc
halo 5 forge pc app starts up… microsoft game studios

>an xbox live profile is required to play halo 5 forge. please sign in
ok i sign in to my gamertag that ive had for 15 years using the new email address.
i log in to my gamertag using the new email thats not my dads email address anymore, removed his from the account finally
it sees that its my gamertag. yup its not the one month trial i wasted on this email address years ago. its my main gamertag all good. i was worried it would not recognoize my main account and instead would try to log in to halo 5 forge pc using that throw away one month gold trial account i made on my email when i was in 9th grade

never does it say ok u signed in to ur main gamertag and now u can forge that map u were working on yeasterday.
also halo mcc on pc is super dope. its just i want to work on that forge map for halo 5 forge pc rn.
plz help me get halo 5 forge pc to recognize my main gamertag and log in so i can work on that sluice ganges concept map i was doing
