Profile load error

Reach on Xbox One is giving me an error, saying my profile can’t be loaded. I was playing Reach successfully for a week before this. I deleted and reinstalled it, and deleted my local save file, and the problem still happens. The game keeps showing profile-load-error screens as I try to load a game. Basically unplayable and my controller settings aren’t there either.

Is this a bug with backwards compatibility? Seems to have just cropped up.

Not sure if this will help, but have you tried “recovering” your gamertag. When I changed my name a while back I had to do that since it wouldn’t load my profile.

Thank for the advice. Maybe. It just started happening. Good to know it’s not widespread.

The problem turned out to be a corrupted local save for my 360 games on Xbox one. Clearing 360 local saves solved it.
