Profile cannot access to HALO 5

Hi whan when I try to log into Halo 5 with this JPT Darkgirl profile, the game gives me this error on my Xbox Series X:

Error authorizing user with Halo 5: Guardians service. You will be unable to access online modes.

I have tried to remove and add the profile, delete saved games, delete the game…

Might just be a caching issue. I get it sometimes. Usually fixes with either a console restart or a hard reset (when on, hold console power buttom for 10 seconds)

I have tried soft and hard reset…The game does not initiate halo profile sync.
What i could do?

Elementary question, but do you have XBL Gold on your account? Or are you sharing with a family member? If it’s the latter, make sure the Series X is set as the home console for the person from whom you’re getting Gold benefits.

The main profile have gold unlimited account.
But i cannot access to HALO5 for playing any game mode…also campaign.

Is the game installed on your internal SSD? I still have a One X, so my game is installed on my external drive. But, I think having games installed on an external drive can cause issues with the SX. I know certain games won’t run off an external drive at all, but I am not sure if H5 is one of those.
